Based in Hampshire, our highly skilled craftspeople, artisans and technical designers have the pleasure of working with leading international interior designers on award winning and iconic projects, producing the highest calibre of unique furniture, from high-end cabinetry and specialist finishes, through to luxury upholstered products and FF&E interiors worldwide.

THE ROLE

As part of our exciting growth plans, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and creative design/marketing assistant to work on a variety of exciting new design and marketing briefs throughout the company.

Confident, experienced and super creative, you will be hands-on in all aspects of the design and marketing activities, whilst also liaising with some external resources for web, digital and print requirements. You’ll have the opportunity to manage our websites and social media channels, whilst unleashing your creativity on graphic, digital and print briefs.

With a solid foundation of marketing and design skills, you will have a strong understanding of the digital world and be proactive to improve our market presence, brand awareness, whilst being a great ambassador and communicator to our clients and luxury market sectors.

You must have a strong understanding across a wide range of marketing practices across all channels, including campaign management, creating content, social media marketing, PPC, SEO and a good knowledge of web content management.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Dream up and execute first-class marketing campaigns
  • Create stunning digital and print materials.
  • Manage website and social media platforms.
  • Monitor latest industry news to stay ahead of the game and generate market presence through various medias.
  • Collaborate with the senior team on sales and marketing strategies.
  • Be guardian of our brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Assist on In-house photography of products and external photography for case studies.
  • Hands-on approach to all aspects of the role.
  • Implementation of good housekeeping.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven track record in Marketing and Design, with a passion for out of the box thinking.
  • Creative genius with the ability to turn ideas in practice.
  • Digital marketing expertise, including social media and web management.
  • Photography skills preferred, but not essential.
  • Capable of taking lead design, producing concepts and visuals, through to artwork and production.
  • Strong eye for design and layout, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator, with a high level of numeracy and literacy in English.
  • Extremely organised, with impeccable time keeping and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a thirst for self-improvement and enthusiasm to learn new skills.
  • Flexible and ability to adapt to changing work priorities.
  • High level of expertise in graphic design software (think Adobe Creative Suite),  with excellent computer and administration skills, to create visually stunning materials.
