THE ROLE

As part of our exciting and continued growth plans, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales professional to join our friendly team.

Servicing luxury interior professionals on Superyacht and luxury residential furniture projects, you will be required to have an established base of key clients and strong relationships within the luxury trade sectors.

Well versed in proactive sales communications, you will identify and develop new business opportunities throughout an open A&D market.

With a strong background in bespoke furniture or luxury interiors/fabrics sales, you must be confident and demonstrate successful outbound sales results, confidently achieving sales targets.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Generate new trade sales opportunities, establishing on-going relationships with key design practices.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing and new clients, proactively seeking out new sales opportunities.
  • Produce sales quotes with assistance of the sales support team.
  • Deliver Sales revenue against set annual/monthly targets.
  • Provide regular weekly sales reporting of pipelines and forecasts.
  • Operate and update CRM systems with client and sales records.
  • Organise client factory and trade showroom tours, studio presentations and attend network trade events.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. 
  • Demonstrate a excellent knowledge and experience of bespoke luxury furniture, interiors or fabrics.
  • Strong background in new business and account management to exceed service levels and maintain client retention.
  • Extensive knowledge of the luxury A&D market, with an established contact book and innate ability to proactively build relationships and networks in the luxury interior and superyacht sectors.
  • Confident and experienced in delivering and exceeding sales targets, providing weekly pipeline forecast reports.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, with a passion for delivering results both individually and as part of a team.
  • Extremely presentable and confident, with excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high level of numeracy and literacy in English. 
  • Excellent time keeping and ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team. 
  • Flexible and ability to adapt to changing work priorities.
  • Excellent computer and administration skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
